06:00 AM - 08:00 AM - VFW Post 1697 Staff Setup
08:00 AM - 09:30 AM - Check-in/Setup
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Show & Judge
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Awards Ceremony
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Teardown & Cleanup

Mud-Trail-Rock **Limit of 37 Entries**
Mall Crawler-Pavement Princess **Limit of 33 Entries**
Military-First Responder Vehicles **Limit of 34 Entries**
ATV-SxS **Limit of 33 Entries**
Overlander **Limit 15 Entries**

Booths/Food Trucks:
Booths Spaces are limited to 10'x10' **Limited to 60 Entries**
Food Trucks  **Limited to 4 Entries**
Power is not available. Must be able to self supply if needed. 
Fire extinguishers are REQUIRED for all Food Trucks and RECOMMENDED for all booths.
A map of your assigned location will be provided to you.


Fees:
Show Vehicles: $30
Show Vehicles - Military/Law Enforcement/Fire/EMS with ID: $20
Booths: $40 
Food Trucks: $50

**All Vehicles that are not street legal must be trailered/towed to the event**
**No Alcohol / No Drugs / No Tobacco / No Vaping / No Weapons are allowed on School Property**
**No Pets allowed in the event. Service Dogs ONLY**

You will be contacted by one of our VFW Post 1697 Committee Members or Post Officers ASAP after registering to confirm the information submitted, a signed Activity Waiver has been submitted, ensure spaces are still available, and to submit payment.
